In many ways a simple infill project to create an additional ground floor family room, has resulted in creating a spectacular space at the heart of the family home.
The sunroom situated to the rear of the property between the projecting kitchen and rear of garage has seamlessly filled an underutilised external area of the property, and naturally become a central living space at the core of family life.
Utilising exposed oak beams, a vaulted ceiling and large areas of glazing which looks out across the mature garden and landscape beyond, the new space is open to the large family kitchen and very visual from the entrance hall because of the internal glazed wall and doors by which it is accessed.
